As E.R. and Baysiqly begin work on the next VAGABONDS project, Baysiqly has linked up with Kenya-based producer, K Da Great to release their collaboration project, “Diary Of A Dreamer.”
“Diary Of A Dreamer” serves as a reflection of Baysiqly‘s struggles throughout his life that have molded his music as he rises in the industry. Songs like “The Foundation” and “In The Making” show Baysiqly reflecting back on darker times and how he channels that into his craft, while songs such as “We On” and “Frenemies” (which features fellow Vagabond E.R. and Miami battle rapper 21) showcase Baysiqly speaking on the highs and lows that come along with making a name for himself.
Fully produced by K Da Great, “Diary Of A Dreamer” has a different sound than what most fans are used to hearing over E.R.‘s production, but rest assured that the passion and realness that the Vagabonds are known for is present all over this project. The project is available for free on our website, but if you’d like to support the Vagabonds movement, it’s also on sale on iTunes, Amazon, XBox Live, and many other digital retailers.
It’s official. Tuesday, October 15th, Baysiqly‘s collaboration project with Kenya producer, K Da Great, will be available for free download as well as on sale on all digital retailers such as iTunes, Amazon, XBOX Live, and many other stores. To hold you down for now though, check out the cover art designed by our homie Dashius Clay!
After dropping visuals for the one minute head banger, “Dreams”, Baysiqly has just released the first official single off his “Diary Of A Dreamer” collaboration project with K Da Great, titled “Frenemies”.
Featuring fellow Vagabonds member E.R., and Miami battle rap up and comer 21, “Frenemies” has the three MC’s discussing their experiences with what they label “Frenemies.” From jealousy, false support and shady actions from those that the three considered friends, the bouncy soul-sampled instrumental serves as a perfect backdrop as they lash out against the fair-weather support.
Be on the look out for the music video for “Frenemies”, as well as “Diary Of A Dreamer” which has a new release date of October 1st, 2013, and will be available for sale on all digital music retailers.
As Baysiqly puts the final touches on his “Diary Of A Dreamer” project with Kenya-based producer, K Da Great, he’s decided to release the first set of visuals from the project. “Dreams”, a short 1:20 second head banger, shows the hunger and intensity behind the grind that Baysiqly puts in with his fellow Vagabond partner, E.R.
The video shows Baysiqly in the same mind frame that many artists are in when they’re on the come up, willing to put everything on the line and do whatever it takes to make it. But when an evil force (played by one of Miami’s most buzzed about artists, Dashius Clay) promises Baysiqly all the success he can handle in exchange for his soul, will the exchange be worth it?
Directed by the Vagabonds in-house team, Mr. Visual, “Dreams” is a self-explanatory first entry in Baysiqly‘s “Diary Of A Dreamer,” which will be available for sale on all digital retailers in late September.
After many mentions were being made by Baysiqly and E.R. through their social media handles, we’re happy to announce the first song we’re releasing off Baysiqly and K Da Great‘s “Diary Of A Dreamer” project, titled “Dreams”. This short, 1:15 track is the introduction to the project, hitting you right over the head with what you can expect from the rest of the album. Be on the look out for the Mr. Visual directed video for “Dreams”, featuring an acting cameo from one of Miami’s most respected artists. Feel free to download it for free below!
Even though E.R. is a cancer, you can catch him rocking this Saturday night at the Leo’s Pride Birthday Bash at Club Eve, in Downtown Miami. It’s a celebration for Vice City Cypher‘s first lady, Del Portillo. E.R. will be one of the headlining acts in the Trap Lounge, which is one of two stages featured at this event. Peep the details below. ALL LEOS IN FREE ALL NIGHT!

Usually we give you guys a heads up on whenever the Vagabonds will be performing, but we’re very happy to announce that promoters have reached out to E.R. to have him perform with Gunplay, of Rick Ross‘ Maybach Music Group, this Friday at EVE Event Space. A testament to the hard work E.R. and Baysiqly put in, we only expect the shows and national media coverage to grow bigger and bigger, and we only have you, the fans to thank. Peep the flyer below and we hope to see you out there, we will have copies of “Year of the Vagabond” available!
This past Memorial Weekend, Vagabonds member E.R. was supposed to be rocking at one of Lake Worth’s biggest hip-hop events, the Homeroom Assembly. Unfortunately due to an eye injury he suffered he could not make the hour trip to his performance, but he promised the good people of Palm Beach County that he would make up for it shortly. As the cliche goes, everything happens for a reason, because not only will be be performing songs he’s never performed, but it’s also the one year anniversary of Homeroom Assembly, and it falls on the eve of Independence Day, so you know E.R. is gonna set the stage ablaze.
