The Vagabonds Perform Live at the Overtown Rhythm and Arts Festival (April 9)

This Saturday, April 9, join Miami’s hometown heroes The Vagabonds as they hit the stage at The Inaugural Overtown Rhythm and Arts Festival, which celebrates the rich cultural and musical history of Miami’s Overtown neighborhood. The project is part of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Miami Team 5 Class of 2011 program.

Special guests include Luther “Uncle Luke” Campbell, Grammy Award winning artist Roy Hargrove, Teedra Moses, The Booker T. Washington Senior High Band, and many more.

The Vagabonds will perform at 2:30pm, but the Festival, which takes place on NW 3rd Avenue between 9th and 11th Streets, in the heart of Overtown’s historic district, last from 11am-6pm. For more info, email info@overtownfestival.com or call 305-903-5463.
